In the later part of the year 2000, I got my first employment letter from Central Railway for the post of Assistant Station Master at an initial basic of Rs 1200/-. I had reported at the Zonal Training Centre at Bhusawal. After completion of my training, i was posted into a very small station called "PARDHADE", nearby known station is PACHORA. I worked there for almost 8 months and there after i had been posted in the computer section of divisional head quarter at Bhusawal. Most of my duty was to feed data and generate reports on daily basis. Those days my duty was started around 12.00 midnight and over by 8.00 AM in the morning. Night shift helped me a lot to prepare for my further competative preparation.

During June 2004, I got the second opportunity to join in the Life Insurance Corporation of India as an Assistant Administrative Officer. I was also selected for the post of Prob. Officer in Indian Overseas Bank and Allahabad Bank simulteneously during that time. But I preferred to join LIC as an AAO. I was relieved from the duty of Railways on 29th of July 2004 and reported at ZTC Hydrabad on 1st of August 2004 for training. After a long training of around 8 months at Hydrabad and Visakhapattnam, I was posted to one of the biggest branch in India, "CONTAI" in West Bengal. My exposure there was quite exciting. I learned a lot by working in such a huge branch. There after i was transferred to Rourkela and on promotion to the cadre of Administrative Officer I was posted to Zonal Office at Patna. Last year I got an opportunity to join the PGEP programme conducted by LIC in association with Indian Institute of Mangement, Ahmedabad, IIMA. I am very much thankful to the corporation for giving me this opportunity to learn from the esteemed institute.
